NO PLAN, JUST A DREAM.

A story of voice, dreams, and unexpected beginnings.

As a child, I dreamed of being on stage — not just to be seen, but to tell stories through music, movement, and emotion. Musical theater was the dream, but life, as it often does, had other plans. I didn’t have the chance to pursue it early on.

I started late.

It wasn’t until the world stood still during the pandemic that I found my way back to that dream. I took a leap and joined masterclasses with Angeli Bayani, an award-winning Filipina actress. With her, I learned the foundations of acting for film and theater, and eventually dove deep into the Meisner technique — where storytelling becomes raw, instinctive, and real.

When the world slowly reopened at the end of 2021, I made a decision: I wanted more. I didn’t want to stay behind a screen anymore. I wanted to feel the stage under my feet, hear real voices around me, and know what it truly meant to be part of a theater production.

That’s when I enrolled in a cultural theater in Padua, Italy — my first experience with live, in-person theater. It was an English-language class, and it gave me my first taste of the stage. But something was missing.

As 2022 began, I felt it more clearly: I wasn’t complete. I didn’t just want theater. I wanted musical theater. I wanted the union of acting, singing, and storytelling — the full picture of the dream I’d held since childhood.

So I followed that feeling.

I started searching — for opportunities, for competitions, for training, for anything that would get me closer. And that’s when I saw it: a poster for a singing contest, organized by a school I’d never heard of. I picked up the phone and called.

The woman who answered was Susanna Zanellato. I had no idea then, but she would become the person who changed everything.

She asked if I had ever studied in a music school. I told her no, and without hesitation, she invited me to attend a free class.

That moment — that one conversation — became the turning point of my artistic life.

From our very first meeting, Susanna saw something in me. She didn’t just teach me how to sing; she opened a door into a world I had only dreamed of. She became a mentor in the truest sense of the word: someone who believes, guides, pushes, and inspires.

Thanks to her, and for her, I’ve had the chance to do everything you now see on my gallery and on social media. Every performance, every stage, every note — all of it started that day.

What she’s given me goes far beyond vocal technique. She’s offered me a space to grow, to risk, to fail, to rise — and to become the artist I always hoped I could be.

I am now living the life I once only imagined.

And it all began with a phone call, a contest poster, and a coach who changed everything.
